First round
In the first interview, we get to know each other, go through your qualifications and see how well we fit together.
Home Task
After the first interview, you often have the chance to show us in practice how you are positioned professionally with a small position-relevant task.
Second round
In a second appointment, we will go through small scenarios and ask for your professional assessment. You will also get to know your team lead personally.
